What inspired you to make the recent changes to Pizzatown?

The compliments we receive on a daily basis inspire us to keep improving. Pizzatown wants to provide a higher standard to our communities. Our customers deserve the best!

What is your vision for the future of Pizzatown?

We’re striving to develop a European style bistro where people can have the best of both worlds—in our diverse menu and a unique atmosphere. We are currently developing our new Franchise Program and hope to someday have a Pizzatown in every community.

If you could have any famous customer walk into Pizzatown, who would it be, and why?

Martin Lawrence… he’s hilarious, and we can all use a good laugh every now and then.

Which PT menu item is your favourite?

First off, if an item doesn’t pass my own personal taste test, then it doesn’t make the cut. In other words, I like everything on the menu! However, I can tell you that, since we changed the way we prepare donairs, I eat them more often.

Your favourite activity besides running Pizzatown?

I enjoy weight-training, boxing and golf. But the chance to be able to spend some family fun time with my daughter is my favourite activity of all.
