We are currently expending to build a large footprint of restaurants across Canada. We’re primarily interested in centers that service both lunch/daytime traffic and dinner/nighttime traffic.

Size Requirements:

  • •  Street Locations: The ideal size is 1,400 square feet for a takeout / delivery outlet with some seating and 2,400 - 3,000 square feet, plus an outdoor patio for our sit-down concept with BEER ON TAP. Depending on the location and area requirements, we will consider a space as low as 800 square feet and as high as 3,200 square feet.
  • •  Food Court Locations: Minimum 600 square feet with 32 linear feet of frontage.

Street Requirements Locations:

  • •  Frontage: 20 feet minimum
  • •  Parking: Adequate for restaurant use
  • •  Visibility: Unrestricted from primary access
  • •  Signage: Prefer 2+ signs plus monument or pylon
  • •  Patio: Prefer exclusive patio with 25 to 50 seats
  • •  Zoning: To accommodate beer and wine, for licenced outlets
