We are currently expending to build a large footprint of restaurants across Canada. We’re primarily interested in centers that service both lunch/daytime traffic and dinner/nighttime traffic.

• Mall Food Courts
• Entertainment Centers
• Transportation Centers
• Mixed Use Projects (retail, residential, office)
• University Adjacent

SIZE REQUIREMENTS:

• Street Locations: The ideal size is 1,200 square feet for a takeout / delivery outlet with some seating and 2,400 - 3,000 square feet, plus an outdoor patio for our sit-down concept with BEER ON TAP. Depending on the location and area requirements, we will consider a space as low as 800 square feet and as high as 3,200 square feet.
• Food Court Locations: Minimum 400 square feet with 22 linear feet of frontage.

STREET REQUIREMENTS LOCATIONS:

• Frontage: 20 feet minimum
• Parking: Adequate for restaurant use
• Visibility: Unrestricted from primary access
• Signage: Prefer 2+ signs plus monument or pylon
• Patio: Prefer exclusive patio with 25 to 50 seats
• Zoning: To accommodate beer and wine, for license outlets
